1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TirthTrails as a Partner (Property Owner/Manager), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our listing services.
2. Property Listings
As a Partner, you are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about your property, including room availability, pricing, amenities, and location. TirthTrails reserves the right to remove listings that are found to be misleading or fraudulent.
3. Service Fees & Plans
Listing plans (Basic, Pro, Elite) are billed annually. Fees are non-refundable once the property verification process is complete and the listing is live. Renewal is required 30 days prior to expiry.
4. User Bookings
TirthTrails acts as a directory platform. We facilitate discovery but are not a direct booking platform. All financial transactions and stay arrangements are between the guest and the property owner directly.
5. Code of Conduct
Given the sacred nature of our destinations, we expect all Partners to maintain a respectful and clean environment suitable for pilgrims and spiritual seekers.
